I’m so excited to be working with you! My goal is to help you grow your business and provide a pair of helping hands The information below should answer all your questions but if not, please reach out to me at hello@jessbyrnes.com.

Quick intro about me 

I am a mum to a beautiful little girl, Lillianna and two fur babies and along with my partner, we live in Newcastle Australia. 


My rates will be changing on an ongoing basis and can be found in your contract.

In the event you require deadlines to be shortened or prioritised over someones work, additional fees apply.


I will send out an invoice on a regular basis. Any problems with payment, please let me know. I accept bank transfer or Paypal.

Expiration of hours 

Some of you were lucky when I first started out as I had no expiration on my hours/tasks to be completed. Now I have an expiration of 30 days, This is to keep you and I moving forwards in our businesses. If you are on a retainer, you will be issued fresh hours each week.


I can communicate with you via facebook messenger or asana.

The preference is all communication to be in asana with the exception of urgent requests in Facebook. I will endeavour to respond within 24 hours on weekdays during the hours of 9am and 9pm AEST.

 I prefer to keep facebook messenger for urgent requests only. Should you need to reach me, I will do my best to respond to you within 24 hours on weekdays.  I will respond to you between the hours of 9am and 2pm AEST on weekdays. If you are on a retainer, you can work with me through asana or your preferred system. Retainer client’s are VIPs and accordingly, their work has priority over casual packages. Urgent jobs

If you have anything that is urgent, please contact me via facebook messenger (Jess Byrnes) and via email with [Urgent] in the subject line. There will be an additional $50 fee payable to jump the queue. The urgent job will be completed within 24 hours (Note: this is not always possible as life happens & I have kids). AN URGENT JOB IS ANYTHING THAT IS REQUESTED TO BE DONE WITHIN 72 HOURS. THIS TIME STARTS FROM THE TIME INSTRUCTIONS ARE RECEIVED. 


The free consult call is free. However, any additional calls will be included in your package if you are on an hourly package. This welcome page provides you the main details of the contract. This contract is for not only my protection but for yours too. I also provide you with a signed confidentiality agreement and this is for your benefit.


I prefer that you set me up as a user. Below is how to do it.  I will require the following access levels:

– Vimeo: Contributor. Here is the link: Click here.

Any other software, please set me up as a user. Contact me if you have any questions.

With Youtube, you need to ensure you have a brand account to set up a user. If you aren’t sure if you have a brand account, go to https://www.youtube.com/account_advanced

If you need to switch across to a brand account it will say under ‘account information’ that you can click to change to a brand account. Note that you can only move your channel to a Brand Account that’s owned by your Google Account.

Then you need to move your old you tube to your new brand account by dragging down watch video below for this tricky bit:

If I do not have all of the materials I require to complete the task, I will complete the task as fully as I can. The remainder of task will be referred back to you via email and your task will re-enter the queue once I have all materials. If you aren’t sure what I need, please ask.


When you are on a retainer, you will need to give two weeks notice to terminate the retainer.


If you refer someone to me and they sign up as a client, you will receive 30 mins of my time as a thank you. Make sure you tell your friend to mention you when they book. They can book in for a free consult here: www.jessbyrnes.com/contact/
