ABOUT JESS

After chasing the corporate ladder and falling pregnant, I decided to jump in the deep end with my business.
I am here to execute your marketing plans and bringing your business goals to life allowing you to have the lifestyle you want. It was likely the reason you started your business in the first place!!
I can provide you with support or we have a done-for-you option if you are looking just to hand over the reigns.
From the consultation call we discuss your goals and formulate a marketing plan to implement with in your business to work towards the results you desire.
Jess here!

I love content marketing, I really do. Why?

because it is all about building the right foundations, attracting the right clients and building great relationships with them so they know, like and trust you.
Once you have build up the rapport with them, it is much easier to ask for an exchange.

What on earth do I post about?

“how you do just keep coming up with content Jess?”

Usually a FAQ! For me I love to showcase what you do, how you do it and why! It’s pretty simple. I work in with the questions that people ask google and use tools like Ubersuggest and Answer the Public.

Frequently asked questions are a great tool for social media because if one person is thinking it, usually there are more and if you can help them and answer a question that has been eating at them you are providing great value and a service. This in turn builds your credibility.
It’s pretty much how the whole cycle works.

Think about the conversations you have had this week. What information can you share on the front line that has helped someone else this week?

But I like paid ads

Perfect! There is plenty of room for both. When people see your add they likely click on your offer but they will also click to see your page usually and have a cheeky scroll or ‘stalk’ if you will.
Think of it as if you were the consumer. If you click on a Facebook page and they haven’t posted in the last 12 months, the content that is there isn’t really relevant and there are stock photos everywhere, how do you feel as the consumer?
It’s not great, am I right?

What am I here to do?
Create a great customer experience for your clients using social media.
That’s is it in a nutshell. Social Media content and posts are one piece of the puzzle. We can connect with our customer so many different ways and you SHOULD do more than one.
The relationship building process, whether online or Face to Face takes time. Some relationships we invest in don’t always pan out but we learn from that, set new boundaries in place and move forward.

Social media is exactly the same.
