Your members need to be empowered and motivated to take the lead. By doing this, your group will grow organically.

There are 7 things you can do to create this THRIVING Facebook group and atmosphere;

1. Create daily hashtags and prompting topics.
By using hashtags for the daily topics this will help create content and easy to search for and reproduce if you need to. There should be posts that people can relate to

2. Limit promotions but ensure there are ways for your members to promote their business
Try to have at least two days where members can promote their business. At the end of the day, they have an agenda too.

3. Encourage each member to invite one friend

4. Reach out to local groups / target market hang outs to invite them to your group
Pick 5 groups that your ideal target market hangs out in and pick 5 businesses a day to reach out to. Be careful if you exceed the limit or you end up being sent to Facebook Jail.

5. Offer value in the group via a free training & offer support
Engage your members to share their experience, ideas, and create content from them!! They become your inspiration as you are theirs. What problem are they having that you can solve?

6. Add a link to your website and email signature
Any chance to promote your group, take it and others too. Offer an incentive.
